Zeus Electrical Contractor are highly recommended for garage door  troubleshooting, repair and replacement. American Home Shield has them listed as one of their home warranty contractors. I recommend that you choose them. They came out immediately, assessed what the issues were. He said he would write up a evaluation report and submit to American Home Shield for authorization and approval. The replacement was approved. The Technician determined that we needed a new system: opener, replaced the "20 year old chain drive" with a quiet new belt drive, and the door sensors too. The Technician used the new wiring that came with the system for the for opener and sensors. For home warranty issues for electrical I will request Zeus Electrical Contractors. FIVE STARS.
